Return Window & Eligibility
Customers may return eligible musical instruments within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and condition.
Musical Instruments-Specific Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized instruments
- Opened hygiene products (e.g., mouthpieces, reeds)
- Digital goods, including software and online courses
- Perishable items, such as strings and drumheads
Return Condition Requirements
Returned instruments must be in like-new condition, with no signs of wear or damage. All original accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included. Items that show signs of use, wear, or modification will not be accepted for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone within the return window. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges for different instruments or accessories can be made within 30 days of purchase. To initiate an exchange, follow the return process and specify the item you wish to receive in exchange.
Defective / Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please have your order number ready when contacting customer service.
