International Shipping
Tuneira ships internationally to select countries. International shipping times typically range from 7-21 business days depending on the destination. Additional customs fees and import duties may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

Damaged / Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. For lost packages, please allow 7 business days after the expected delivery date before contacting us for assistance.
